Dear Crocker Riverside Families,
We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy as we continue to navigate this trying time. I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly grateful we are for our wonderful families and community members. Your support and belief in Crocker/Riverside are a constant source of encouragement and hope.
On March 13th our schools closed their doors due to Covid-19 to begin shelter-in-place protocols and distance learning. I want to assure you that throughout our closure our PTO has remained dedicated to helping with solutions as we prepare to return to school via distance learning.
We realize there are many choices you have on where you invest your charitable donation, especially as we return to school with distance learning. With a gift to the Crocker/Riverside Annual Fund, your dollars will be an investment in the lives of our students. The return on your investment will be knowing you helped our children prepare to make a difference in today’s world.
Our Annual Fund provides immediate budgetary support on an annual basis to the areas of greatest need. Your participation helps to ensure Crocker/Riverside’s financial future and helps to inspire contributions from foundations and corporations to support the School as well.
We are confident that with your support, we will come out stronger, and even more committed to ensuring a healthy future for our school.
To provide a gift to this year’s Annual Fund online, simply click on the Network for Good link below. If you would like to donate by check, make the check payable to Crocker/Riverside PTO with “Annual Fund” on the memo line. The C/R Annual Fund form is available for download below.
Many corporations will match your Annual Fund donation. Please check to see if your company is a matching company. If you have any questions about the Annual Fund, contact Kelly Fugina, Fundraising Oversite, at (916) 201-4663 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your support of Crocker/Riverside.
Why is participating in the Crocker/Riverside Annual Fund is so important?
Giving helps us thrive by:
- Sustaining our exceptional curriculum for students to meet their intellectual potential.
Giving drives our vision for the future by:
- Inspiring lifelong learning, advance knowledge, and strengthening our community
- Preparing and motivating our students for a rapidly changing world by instilling in them critical thinking skills, a global perspective, and a respect for core values of honesty, loyalty, perseverance, and compassion.
Giving is who we are:
- Our tradition of giving started 45 years ago with many of our community being proud alumni.
- That tradition continues today with 100% PTO and Faculty supporting our School
- Creating partnerships with our parents, staff, and community to create an environment where students are empowered to discover their strengths and to achieve their maximum potential.
For all of our learning—for all of Crocker/Riverside’s indelible sense of place—it is the people of this community who have shaped and transformed our lives. Grounded in the strength of this community, we have always joined together.
