The Cubs Club PTA program is back! CUBS CLUB is a convenient ONE-TIME payment at the beginning of the school year to cover the fees for extra “fun” activities on campus that are traditionally collected throughout the school year. You will have special recognition as a contributor to school activities provided at the school. The activities and perks included in the package for the year include the following:

Family Package (2 specified adults and any number of your children per membership)
Welcome Back Coffee Coffee and doughnuts
Back to School Event Ice cream tickets
Walk to School Day Coffee and fruit snack
Fall Carnival $5 of tickets per family & one complimentary ‘sweet shop’ item
Jog-a-thon T-shirt for all children participating, snacks, fruit, water, sports drink & coffee
Scholastic Book Fair Up to a $10 credit for book of choice per family, one each event
Pancake Breakfast Breakfast tickets for family
Founder’s Day Cake, drinks, entertainment for event
Spring Jubilee Dinner, drink and ice cream tickets for family
Bike to School Day Coffee and fruit snack
Sports Day Participation in sports day events, water, ribbons

Your participation for $150 provides access to the PTA Cubs Club and all its privileges! Sign-up here to be included on the Cubs Club list for the 2016-17 school year! We kindly request a RSVP to PTA events on forms sent home to adequately plan for food.

Any family that participates in the Crocker/Riverside Annual Fund at the Friend ($250-$499), Partner ($500-$999), or Benefactor ($1,000+) level can OPT-IN to the PTA Cubs Club at no additional cost. The tax-deductibility of your Annual Fund gift will be reduced by the value of the goods and services you receive through the Cubs Club. Contact information is required to track your Cubs Club benefit.

The Cubs Club fee is not intended to replace fundraising contributions for PTA classroom support, assemblies, technology, supplemental materials, supplies and services for art, music, science, and field trips. Please consider donating to the individual fundraisers throughout the year, or participate in the Annual Fund to make an annual contribution to critical funding to support student achievement and to sustain the school’s mission of academic excellence.
